It is always a thrill for me when I find this stunning wild blue pinto roan stallion in the Red Desert of Wyoming.
His name is Blue Zeus and he has a very colorful family in his home in the Red Desert Complex of Wyoming. He can be rather elusive, but if I am lucky, I can spot his distinctive coloring standing out from the sagebrush.
This image looks most dramatic in sepia, which emphasizes his proud stance and amazing artistically tangled mane.
