Hi everyone,

My big news for the week was that I was on Tucker Carlson’s show Wednesday night to talk about the Bureau of Land Management’s mismanagement of America’s wild horses that has led to wild horses being sent to slaughter.

To see the full interview with my photographs plus the New York Times article that led up to it, go here:

Many, many people have been contacting me to find out what they can do to help our wild horses, so I put together who to contact, their contact information and some talking points in my blog post here:

Thank you for your interest and support – it means the world to me.

And here is one last chance to shop my Studio Sale which ends on Sunday – you can watch the live show here:

  1. Hi, Carol; Thank you for being an advocate and a voice for our beloved wild horses. I spend 20-30 hours every week out in the forest with our beloved Heber Wild Horses. We are high up on the Mogollon Rim in the Arizona White Mountains. The Forest Service is working on a Management Plan that would eradicate this herd in the interest of cattle growers. They plan to leave 50 horses; a non-viable herd. The herd size is currently c. 450 horses on over 800,000 acres. The Public Comment period has ended and we are awaiting the release of their final plan. Once the obligatory “Objection” period is over, they plan to immediately start bait trapping our wild horses. We will continue the fight to keep our horses wild and free. My FB page is “Friends of the Heber Wild Horses”. Thank you for being a voice for these horses!
