“Splash” by Carol Walker
Action is the key in this dramatic image of a white Camargue horse splashing through the marsh in southern France. I took this image during a photography workshop I was teaching. Water and horses are my favorite combination, and I converted this image to black and white to increase the impact of the white horse against a dark background.
